The Role We Want You For We are looking for an experienced Procore Support Engineer to join our team based in St. Louis, MO. The Procore Support Engineer plays a key role in supporting the launch, maintenance, and ongoing operational consistency of Procore across the enterprise. This position is part of a centralized Procore Support Team responsible for managing multiple Procore instances to support the Clayco enterprise, ensuring seamless administration, user support, and alignment with enterprise processes and standards. The Specifics of The Role Provide day-to-day administration of Procore, including user permission maintenance, tool configuration, integration variance reporting, and troubleshooting. Support end users through ticket resolution, technical and process guidance, and escalation management. Monitor system performance, oversee maintenance cycles, and coordinate with Procore support as needed. Assist with updates, new feature evaluation, maintenance releases, and rollout planning. Employ process standardization through tool configuration, ensuring consistent Procore usage enterprise-wide that support Clayco SOPs. Develop and maintain internal documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and other support materials. Collaborate with functional area leaders to align Procore configurations with business requirements and workflows. Support the Procore Support Manager in delivering enterprise-wide communication around Procore education resources, updates, and best practices. Support the delivery of reference materials. Serve as a Procore subject matter expert during onboarding, project mobilizations, and major system releases. Gather feedback from end users, identify trends, and recommend enhancements to improve system usability and operational alignment. Assist in the evaluation and testing of new Procore features. Support process improvement initiatives that elevate user experience and drive consistent, enterprise-wide tool adoption. Requirements Experience supporting construction technology systems, with Procore strongly preferred. Solid understanding of construction management processes and the financial workflows that support project planning and execution. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Capacity to produce clear, structured technical documentation. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Role Overview: Intramotev is seeking a Systems Engineer, Regulation & Certification to lead our efforts in securing federal approval for our groundbreaking autonomous rail vehicles. You will be the crucial bridge between our cutting-edge engineering team and regulatory bodies like the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). This is not a typical systems engineering role. Your primary objective is to navigate the complex regulatory landscape, shaping our design, development, and testing processes to meet and exceed the stringent safety and certification requirements for operation on the national rail network. You will own the certification strategy, translate regulations into engineering requirements, and build the safety case that allows our technology to be deployed commercially. This position is full-time, based in our St. Louis, MO headquarters. Key Responsibilities: Lead Regulatory Engagement: Serve as the primary engineering point of contact with regulatory agencies like the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), presenting our technology, understanding their concerns, and collaboratively developing paths to approval. Develop Certification Strategy: Define and execute the end-to-end certification roadmap for our autonomous systems, from initial concept through operational deployment. Author the Safety Case: Lead the development and documentation of the comprehensive safety case for our vehicles, including hazard analyses (FMEA, FHA), fault tree analyses, and safety integrity level (SIL) assessments. Translate Regulations into Requirements: Decompose federal regulations, industry standards (e.g., AREMA, IEEE), and safety principles into clear, verifiable system and subsystem requirements for our hardware and software teams. Oversee Verification & Validation (V&V): Define and oversee the V&V plans necessary to demonstrate compliance and prove system safety to regulators. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Direct experience working with the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) and knowledge of US railway systems or regulations (e.g., 49 CFR Parts 200-299). Experience in the development and verification of autonomous systems, robotics, or complex control systems. Experience authoring a complete safety case for a novel technology. Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies. Experience working in a fast-paced startup or Agile development environment.
