Duties and Responsibilities
Compare measurements obtained on manufactured or purchased components to engineering drawing specifications (including GD&T).
Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using a variety of precision gages and measurement systems.
Conduct disassembly/teardown analysis on rejected parts to determine the root cause of failure or nonconformance.
Document inspection and teardown findings and communicate results to engineering, production, and quality teams.

Perform tasks to assist in set-up and operating equipment
