Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is:

Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors.

Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes.
Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.
Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.

Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory.

Esthetic Salons; 4. Manicuring Salons; 5. Special permits for Alternative Hair Design.
* Inspects premises for sanitation, housekeeping, and general construction and upkeep of premises
* Prepares written reports, summary sheets, and records on all inspections.
* Recommends corrective action to noted deficiencies and violations. Appears before the board to represent and testify for cited violations.
* Reviews plans and specifications for all construction and equipment to open and operate schools of instruction and salons that are regulated by the board

This position requires flexibility in shift work, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering, production, and regulatory representatives in a fast-paced shipyard environment.Key Responsibilities
Inspection & Testing: Perform in-process and final inspections of welds, hull structures, electrical/electronic systems, outfitting, and finished vessels to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, regulatory/military standards, and customer requirements. Support harbor and sea trials with inspection and verification activities.
Documentation: Maintain accurate inspection records, including results, nonconformances, and corrective actions. Prepare inspection reports and provide timely feedback to engineering and production teams.
