Compensation: $22 - $30 hourly Responsibilities: Surface Preparation Grind and prepare concrete surfaces using planetary grinders, shot blasters, and vacuums. Clean and inspect floors to ensure proper adhesion of coating systems. Repair cracks, spalls, and other surface imperfections prior to coating. Coating Installation Mix and apply epoxy primers, 100% solids epoxy coatings, polyaspartic topcoats, and decorative systems (flake, metallic, quartz).
