Looking for a Foam Sprayer Technician to join our dynamic team.
As a Foam Sprayer Technician, you will be responsible for leading the installation of spray foam insulation in residential and commercial settings. You will oversee the operation of spray foam equipment, ensure high-quality work, and manage a team of technicians to achieve project goals efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Work as a spray foam technician to ensure the timely and quality completion of projects.
Spray Foam Installation:
Operate and maintain spray foam equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Conduct thorough site surveys to prepare for installation, including protecting surrounding areas from overspray.
Apply spray foam insulation according to specifications, ensuring airtight seals and meeting quality standards.
Customer Service:
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Conduct pre and post-job inspections to ensure quality and address any customer concerns.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
Complete daily job sheets and reports, documenting work performed and any issues encountered.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in spray foam installation, with experience in a leadership role preferred.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of spray foam insulation systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications/Licenses:
Valid driver's license.
Clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
