We are looking for reliable construction professionals who specialize in installing windows and doors of all types. You should have experience in working on relevant projects and using equipment, as well as possess physical strength, endurance, and agility. This role will also consist of managing a job site with your designated crew and certifying the completion of each job. Your duties will include overseeing the progress of projects along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You should be familiar with principles and best practices in the construction field and be able to supervise and lead people efficiently. Good knowledge of financial and quality aspects is also required. Experience in the installation of windows and doors in a residential setting is required; the more experience you have, the higher the pay may be. All accepted applicants will be evaluated during their first two weeks of work to determine the appropriate level of pay. Lead Windows and Doors Installer responsibilities are:
Organize construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that contractual conditions of performance are met
Perform in-depth personal reviews of project deliverables, schedules, costs, and work progress, on a regular basis
Supervise all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Organize and lead construction workers on site
Prepare tools, materials, and equipment, and track inventory
Create internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Plan, analyze, and manage risks and problems
Adhere to quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Lead Windows and Doors Installer requirements are:
2+ years experience working as a Lead Windows and Doors Installer or other similar position
Profound experience with building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
Good experience in participation at all stages of the construction process, including collaboration, leading, and planning
Excellent knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
Strong time and project management skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Conflict and crisis management skills
