POSITION OVERVIEW: As a member of the Landscape Maintenance Team, the Irrigation Technician 1 position is responsible for the system components and watering schedules on landscaped areas within the community. This is a mid-level position that accepts direction from the Foreman, Irrigation Manager and Irrigation Technician 2, and Superintendents. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for the system components and watering schedules on landscaped areas within the community. * Follow directions and perform tasks under the supervision of the Foreman, Irrigation Manager, and Superintendents. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Barista prepares and sells coffee drinks, such as expresso, lattes, cappuccino, and other beverages, following standard recipes and preparation techniques.
