The BIM Program Lead will oversee and manage a Data Center Program within Advanced Manufacturing. This role serves as the central point of contact for all projects related to the program, requiring the management of a team and coordination of projects in a fast-paced market. Staff Development & Training: * Manage and delegate program work to Advanced Manufacturing staff with the help of the Integrated Design Team Manager. * Develop leads and coordinators to understand and execute client-specific workflows. * Plan and schedule all necessary training for staff working on the program. * Create, manage, and execute Data Center market standard operating procedures and processes to improve engineering and workflows. * Drive cost reductions through innovative application implementations. * Organize and manage workload hours for each program project, working directly with the integrated design team manager to ensure proper staff allocation. * Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading digital delivery teams. * Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills when communicating with Jacobs disciplines, project managers, leadership and clients. * Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to quickly prioritize work. * Build project teams and mobilize quickly on projects. Design Execution: * Manage design methodologies and drive continuous improvement throughout the project life cycle. * Engage with appropriate IT and Operations Subject Matter Experts to ensure the program has the resources needed to support the overall scope of a project's technology. * Authorize access to appropriate data and coordinate efforts with personnel in other departments, including Center of Excellence (COE) technologies, project managers, outside design firms, and client representatives. * Monitor project schedules to validate and ensure the level of development (LOD) based on project requirements. * Capture information across multiple projects to create actionable data. * Create graphics and dashboards to provide project teams with information and data correlations. * Manage new product implementations from concept through production launch and process sign-off. * Track progress on each program project to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Design Manager to support our municipal water and industrial water infrastructure projects. Design Centers are focused in the US and Canada but deliver projects globally. Jacobs is seeking a Senior Roadway Construction Inspector to join our team. Successful candidates will perform inspections of roadways, bridges, traffic signals and related highway structures during construction to evaluate Contractor methods, workmanship, quality and conformance with contract documents. Candidates will evaluate construction materials for quality and compliance with specifications; perform related work such as data collection, report writing, record-keeping, field and laboratory testing. Employees at this level typically work autonomously on assignments but are expected to provide quality daily reports and regularly communicate with the client's Construction Managers and Jacobs Coordinator. As our Senior Construction Inspector you will be asked to monitor and inspect contractual field work which includes excavations, drainage facilities, road surfaces, and structures. You will take field measurements of pay items, report contractor's daily production rates as well as schedule work and inspection phases with contractor's superintendent and agency personnel. We will look to your expertise in advising contractors of violations and make recommendations for adjustments to operations. You will review placement of and perform tests on construction materials, review lines, grades, dimensions, and elevations using standard survey and field engineering equipment. Additionally, you'll oversee and enforce the installation of erosion/siltation controls, highways work zones and traffic control devices. The BIM Program Lead will oversee and manage a Data Center Program within Advanced Manufacturing. This role serves as the central point of contact for all projects related to the program, requiring the management of a team and coordination of projects in a fast-paced market. The candidate must interact with clients and create standard workflows to meet Data Center project standards. Additionally, the Program Lead will be responsible for developing people, processes, technology, and tools to continuously improve discipline performance, deliverable quality, and user expertise. Key Responsibilities: * Proposals & Industry Knowledge: * Consult on preliminary bidding and business development to provide input and understand the applications/tools required for client and program projects. * Stay updated on new technology and industry trends to serve the client's best interests through project workflows. * Participate in departmental strategic planning for the program. * Write and estimate proposals for new work within the program. Staff Development & Training: * Manage and delegate program work to Advanced Manufacturing staff with the help of the Integrated Design Team Manager. * Develop leads and coordinators to understand and execute client-specific workflows. * Plan and schedule all necessary training for staff working on the program. * Create, manage, and execute Data Center market standard operating procedures and processes to improve engineering and workflows. * Drive cost reductions through innovative application implementations. * Organize and manage workload hours for each program project, working directly with the integrated design team manager to ensure proper staff allocation. * Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading digital delivery teams. * Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills when communicating with Jacobs disciplines, project managers, leadership and clients. * Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to quickly prioritize work. * Build project teams and mobilize quickly on projects. Design Execution: * Manage design methodologies and drive continuous improvement throughout the project life cycle. * Engage with appropriate IT and Operations Subject Matter Experts to ensure the program has the resources needed to support the overall scope of a project's technology. * Authorize access to appropriate data and coordinate efforts with personnel in other departments, including Center of Excellence (COE) technologies, project managers, outside design firms, and client representatives. * Monitor project schedules to validate and ensure the level of development (LOD) based on project requirements. * Capture information across multiple projects to create actionable data. * Create graphics and dashboards to provide project teams with information and data correlations. * Manage new product implementations from concept through production launch and process sign-off. * Track progress on each program project to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
