Responsibilities - Car Sales:
Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements to match their vehicle needs with one in the current inventory.
Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
Follow guidelines and best practices for dealing with and handling internet inquiries.
Assist all customers who arrive in our showroom.
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network.
Work with sales managers and BDC staff to capitalize on all opportunities.
Keep up with industry standards and best practices.
Pass Toyota's training classes and e-modules to gain and maintain certifications.
Most importantly, always take care of the customer and have fun while maintaining professionalism.

Experienced Automotive Technician Job Responsibilities
Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
Examine the vehicle to determine if any additional safety or service work is needed
Clear communication with Service Advisors
Document work performed and recommended on the repair order. Upon completion of work return repair order to Service Advisor.
Road test customer vehicles
Ensure that customers' cars are kept clean, undamaged, and without changes to the comfort, convenience systems or audio system settings. Notifies service advisor and/or service manager immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
Keep shop area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership owned tools at all times
Adhere to all attendance, punctuality, and timekeeping standards
Experienced Automotive Technician Requirements
5 Years Experience (Dealership experience preferred)
2 completed ASE's
Valid Driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities
Sales Management
Supervise, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and budgets that drive performance.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of automotive industry experience preferred.
Sales Manager experience with verifiable sales results and CSI performance strongly preferred.
At least 1 year of dealership experience and 1 year of automotive sales experience.
Some F&I or sales leadership experience required - willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and coachable.
Experience with ERA-Ignite, Dealertrack, and menu selling systems (preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills - able to speak confidently and naturally with clients.
Proven ability to create a positive customer experience.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Valid in-state driver's license with an acceptable and safe driving record.

Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
Examine the vehicle to determine if any additional safety or service work is needed
Clear communication with Service Advisors
Document work performed and recommended on the repair order. Upon completion of work return repair order to Service Advisor.
Road test customer vehicles
Ensure that customers' cars are kept clean, undamaged, and without changes to the comfort, convenience systems or audio system settings. Notifies service advisor and/or service manager immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
Keep shop area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership owned tools at all times
