Production Operator

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our Adhesive Technologies business unit in Cannon Falls, MN. As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in assembling raw materials and processing products according to high-quality standards. Responsibilities:

* Safely and efficiently assemble raw materials and process products according to high-quality standards using automatic/manual machines, hand tools, and equipment

* Create batches following a recipe on batch tickets and track raw material inventory while maintaining a safe work environment

* Be hard working and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to work well in a team

* Proficiency in math, reading comprehension, and mechanical reasoning with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

* Ability to stand, walk (up and down stairs), twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or G.E.D. * Manufacturing experience highly preferred

* Ability to safely operate production equipment, including high lift truck, lift 50 pounds, manipulate drums weighing up to 600 pounds with proper mechanical assists, and maintain daily records for work performed
