Senior IT Recruiter

Overview:
Adaptive Solutions Group is a leading provider of Information Technology personnel, seeking a motivated Senior IT Recruiter to join our Kansas City office. As a critical member of our team, you will play a key role in developing a growing market by sourcing, screening, and matching candidates with customer requirements.
Responsibilities:

* Source candidates through internet searches, cold calling, and referrals

* Screen candidates to identify their skills and develop a pipeline for present and future opportunities

* Effectively communicate job opportunities and company policies with candidates

* Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, candidates, and clients

* Establish and grow a local consultant database

* Meet activity goals and metrics

* Attend local Information Technology User Groups and Networking Events

Qualifications:

* Previous recruiting experience within the IT staffing industry

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Good interpersonal and organizational skills

* Strong customer service background

* Knowledge of MS Windows based products, including Word and Excel

* Bachelor’s Degree

* Valid Driver’s License
