This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a confident writer who can think creatively and operate responsibly in a regulated environment. Crypto experience is a plus - but we're equally open to talented writers from adjacent industries (fintech, finance, SaaS, consumer tech) who can demonstrate strong judgment, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.

Write and personalise email, push, and in-app content for defined customer segments, aligned to clear KPIs (activation, engagement, conversion)
Collaborate closely with CRM and performance teams to test, iterate, and improve messaging copy over time
Messaging, voice & quality
Quickly adapt to and evolve Uphold's tone of voice and strategic messaging in partnership with Director of Content and marketing leaders
Ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance across all customer touchpoints
Edit, fact-check, and quality-check copy to a high standard, especially for regulated and crypto-specific messaging
Campaigns & collaboration
Collaborate with senior marketers to develop campaign and communications materials across social, newsletters, FAQs, and product updates
Work in small, cross-functional “pods” within the marketing team, owning projects end-to-end from initial concept and brief through execution and iteration
Support video and visual-first content through scripting and messaging frameworks
Creative ideation & ownership
Proactively generate creative ideas, messaging angles, and campaign concepts grounded in customer insight, performance data, and market context - where possible.
Take clear accountability for outcomes, timelines, and quality - driving work forward independently and unblocking issues as they arise
What you'll bring
A strong interest in crypto and modern finance, with a working understanding of the narratives, products, and conversations shaping the space
Experience writing marketing copy within regulated or complex industries (crypto, fintech, financial services, SaaS), or clear evidence you can adapt quickly
Confidence writing across the full funnel - from brand and campaign work to direct-response and lifecycle messaging
Comfort working omni-channel (email, in-app, web, blog, social), with a clear objective behind everything you write
A performance-aware mindset - you understand how copy supports activation, engagement, and conversion, and you're comfortable learning from results
The ability to explain complex ideas simply, clearly, and responsibly
Experience working in fast-moving, collaborative environments with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines

Copywriter
Co:Collective 4.4
Junior copywriter job in New York, NY
co: is a creative and strategic transformation partner for purpose-led organizations. We help our clients put purpose into practice - not just defining what they stand for, but also infusing it into everything they do, inside and outside their organization. Not just because that's good for the world, but because it's good for business too.
The Role We're looking for a Mid-Level Conceptual Copywriter to join in helping brands define their next chapter. This is a role for an ambitious thinker ready to move beyond execution-focused copywriting and become a catalyst for purpose-led business change.
We are looking for a big ideas person: a powerhouse who sees building a brand not as a writing assignment, but as an opportunity to influence business strategy and culture.
Who You AreYou are an ideator who loves a challenge. You're a big-idea thinker who just happens to write, and creating cultural and business impact keeps you up at night. You want to ditch the lower-funnel slog and apply your creative mind to solving systemic problems, crafting narratives that shift businesses, not just sell products. You will help translate purpose into world-shifting concepts and narratives.
- You craft worlds: You view copywriting as a tool for delivering large, systemic ideas. You are ready to step out of the execution lane and into the conceptual driver's seat, generating big, actionable solutions that transform a business.- You think differently: You don't just think big, you think interestingly. Copywriter
Liveflow
Junior copywriter job in New York, NY
LiveFlow is on a mission to redefine how businesses manage their finances. We're building the next-generation accounting and finance platform that turns outdated systems and manual workflows into a simple, smart, and intuitive experience.
We've raised $21M+ from top-tier investors including Y Combinator, Valar Ventures, Seedcamp, WndrCo, Moonfire, and Bradley Horowitz (VP Product, Google). Today, we help thousands of companies streamline their financial workflows and have hundreds of 5/5 reviews on G2.
Our founding team previously built products at Revolut, one of Europe's fastest-growing fintechs.
We're entering a new chapter where how we say things matters just as much as what we build - and we're looking for a world-class writer to help us own our narrative.
About the Role
You'll be the voice of LiveFlow.
This is a creative, narrative-driven role focused on exceptional writing quality, clarity of thought, and storytelling. You'll own all core copy across the company - shaping how LiveFlow sounds everywhere it shows up, from product launches and emails to website copy, conference messaging, and customer communications.
You'll work closely with founders, product, sales, and customer-facing teams to extract the right stories, sharpen the message, and turn complex ideas into simple, compelling language.
This is about crafting words that feel human, confident, and precise - and building a coherent narrative that carries across every touchpoint.
If you're a natural storyteller, obsess over phrasing, and believe great writing is a competitive advantage, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Own LiveFlow's written voice end-to-end across all major touchpoints.
Write and refine copy for:
Website pages and product messaging
Emails (marketing, product, announcements, internal-facing copy)
Conference and event messaging (talk tracks, one-pagers, signage, narratives)
Product launches and announcements
Sales and customer-facing materials
Translate complex financial and product concepts into clear, compelling, human language.
Develop and maintain a consistent narrative and tone across channels - ensuring LiveFlow always sounds intentional, confident, and differentiated.
Partner closely with internal teams to gather context, ideas, and raw material - then turn that input into polished, high-quality writing.
Edit ruthlessly. Raise the bar on clarity, flow, and quality across everything we publish.
Own the words - while collaborating with designers, marketers, or agencies who bring visuals and distribution to life.
What We're Looking For
Exceptional writing ability - clarity, structure, tone, and storytelling matter more than anything else.
2+ years of professional writing experience in a startup/ fast-paced environment (copywriting, editorial, brand, media, communications, or similar).
Background in media, journalism, communications, or creative writing - with experience applying those skills in a commercial or product environment.
Strong narrative instincts - you know how to find the story and shape it.
Comfortable writing across formats: long-form, short-form, email, website, event copy.
Able to work from ambiguity - you can pull signal from conversations, docs, and context without needing rigid briefs.
High taste level. You care deeply about the quality of words on the page.
Who You Are
You're a writer first - writing is your craft, not a side skill.
You instinctively spot bad copy and feel compelled to fix it. Clunky phrasing, vague language, or overcomplicated messaging stands out to you immediately.
You've worked in a scrappy, fast-paced startup or similar environment before and are comfortable moving without perfect briefs, long timelines, or layers of approval.
You take ownership of the words you put into the world and stand behind them.
You have genuine passion for your craft and want to keep getting better as a writer.
You're energized by building something from the ground up and leaving your fingerprints on it.
Benefits
Competitive base salary
Substantial equity package
Health & dental insurance (US)
401(k) (US) or pension plan (UK)
All the latest tech you need (MacBook, monitor, etc.)
Monthly learning budget (books, courses, conferences)
Unlimited vacation policy
Why Join LiveFlow?
You'll join at a defining moment and work directly with the founding team to shape how LiveFlow is understood by the world.
If you've ever wanted to own the words of a company - and see your writing influence every major moment - this is that role.

Copywriter
Co:Collective 4.4
Junior copywriter job in New York, NY
Job Descriptionco: is a creative and strategic transformation partner for purpose-led organizations.
You are driven to find unique, unexpected, and culturally relevant solutions that unlock new growth and impact for our purpose-led clients.- You want impact: You are an advertising copywriter at heart, but you are eager to apply your creativity to changing the world through business and brand transformation, rather than traditional campaign cycles.- You're strategy fluent: You are comfortable, articulate, and impactful in strategic conversations, capable of challenging assumptions and bringing a creative perspective that informs and elevates the overall business approach.- You're in it: You are an interesting person with broad cultural fluency, constantly absorbing trends and identifying the white space where culture, humanity, and brand purpose intersect.
What You'll DoYou will be a creative engine focused on shaping brands from the inside out. From crafting a brand's story to finding the right ways to bring it to life, your work will touch every part of the process.
- Conceptual Ideation: Drive and own the ideation phase of projects, generating and championing a high volume of big ideas and interesting solutions that address client challenges at the highest strategic level.- Business Transformation Concepts: Conceive of concepts that are designed to shift businesses and culture, going beyond simple communications to influence product, service, and organizational behavior.- Bridge Strategy and Creativity: Serve as the creative link between strategy and creative output, translating deep strategic insights into innovative creative platforms and actionable ideas.- High-Impact Copywriting: Write, edit, and refine the essential, high-leverage copy: brand manifestos, purpose statements, vision papers, high-level narratives, and platform concepts-all stemming from your core ideas.- Challenge and Inspire: Actively participate in strategic planning, workshops, and client presentations, ensuring the creative ideas are conceptually groundbreaking and strategically vital for long-term impact.
What You've Done You have 3-5 years of professional copywriting and big idea experience, ideally within an advertising, branding, or creative consultancy environment.
- Strong Portfolio: Your book heavily features conceptual work, big ideas, and interesting solutions, rather than solely focusing on final execution pieces.- Strategic Contributions: Proven track record of contributing to strategic phases of projects, demonstrated by being a key voice in defining what to say and how to solve it, not just how to write it.- Business Acumen: Experience in roles where the work successfully influenced client business objectives and brand purpose at an organizational level.- High-Level Writing Craft: Demonstrated exceptional ability to distill complex strategy into compelling, high-level narratives (manifestos, vision papers, core purpose language).- Experience working with purpose-led organizations or brands, where the core challenge was aligning business success with social/environmental impact.
Caring For Our Community The co: community is deeply committed to continuing to build a diverse and inclusive workplace for all to thrive. We value and honor those with different backgrounds, unique perspectives, and believe that inclusive organizations build better teams and produce better work. We are a people-centered business that seeks to create safe spaces, lead by example, and make a positive impact on the world.
