Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store.
Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner, whether the encounter takes place in the employee's designated department or elsewhere in the store.
Makes an effort to learn customers' names and to address them by name whenever possible.

Places merchandise in bags or boxes, gives packages to customers, and assists courtesy personnel as needed.
Answers customer questions and concerns and follows-up with appropriate personnel.
Understands and follows local, state, and company policies on sales of tobacco, liquor, and lottery tickets.
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines regarding WIC and food stamps.
Required to know value, look-up numbers, department numbers, and features of items for which money is received.
Stocks, faces, rotates merchandise, cleans shelves, understands shelf tags, knows location of merchandise in the store and also in the back room, and takes customers to an item when requested.
Perceives immediate surroundings for customer needs and problems for store safety and security.
Communicates clearly and distinctly on the intercom or telephone system.
Reviews weekly store ad to note price changes and sale items.
Keeps register area clean, ensures adequate supplies are ready and available, reports improper cash levels in cash drawer, and helps maintain the store appearance.
Compares totals on cash register with amount of currency in register to verify balances at the beginning and end of work shift, (where applicable).
May give cash refunds or issue credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise or know where to direct the customer.
Understands and practices proper sanitation procedures and ensures the work area is always clean and neat.
Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress.
Adheres to company policies and individual store guidelines.
Reports to work when scheduled and on time.

The Packer is responsible for reviewing the labels and the date codes on packaging to confirm they are legible and have the matching information. They are to take the eggs that are in either flats or cartons and place them in accordance to the customer requirements, while at the same time insuring that the eggs are handled properly in sure quality.

**Responsibilities**
The purpose of the Line 10 Sanitation Operator role will adapt based on if the line is in production or clean state. During production state, this role will be responsible for safely operating the equipment used to produce our refrigerated scrambled product. Audit product and processes to assure compliance to standard work. Coach and train employees on proper work methods and promote understanding of quality standards.
Work with management to evaluate and troubleshoot problems causing quality-related defects. Assist with corrective action teams to resolve identified problems.
Ensure all parts and components are accurate according to specifications.
Evaluate compliance of finished products to applicable specifications and tolerances. Compile data and complete special inspection reports per customer qualification requirements (i.e., ITP, PPAP, etc.).
Evaluate returned goods and complete analysis reports (RGA) in a timely manner.

Create, review and update work instructions, procedures, and other quality documents.
Use proficient computer skills employing Microsoft Word, Excel, and be able to learn other special software as required to complete assigned responsibilities.

- Yard Associate R.P. Lumber Location: Mt. Ayr, IA This position is for Part-Time employment A Yard Associate is responsible for making sure each and every customer of R.P. Lumber Co. customer receives prompt and courteous service while ensuring a culture of safety, accountability, and cleanliness at their location, including making sure product is properly stored and equipment is properly maintained. Responsibilities of Position
* Greet customers or professional contractors in a friendly manner upon entry into the yard or Home Retail Center.
* Load materials into customers' vehicles or on to company delivery vehicles, after validating type and quantity based on the record of the transaction from the company's point-of-sale system.
* Unload incoming freight, taking care not to damage the incoming goods or the equipment that belongs to the carrier.
* Operate forklift to merchandise and stock yard and warehouse.
* Accurately build loads and prepare materials for delivery before delivery takes place.
* Assist truck drivers in delivery of merchandise to homeowners and job sites using company equipment.
