Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store.
Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner, whether the encounter takes place in the employee's designated department or elsewhere in the store.
Makes an effort to learn customers' names and to address them by name whenever possible.

Answers customer questions and concerns and follows-up with appropriate personnel.
Understands and follows local, state, and company policies on sales of tobacco, liquor, and lottery tickets.
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines regarding WIC and food stamps.
Required to know value, look-up numbers, department numbers, and features of items for which money is received.
Stocks, faces, rotates merchandise, cleans shelves, understands shelf tags, knows location of merchandise in the store and also in the back room, and takes customers to an item when requested.
Perceives immediate surroundings for customer needs and problems for store safety and security.
Communicates clearly and distinctly on the intercom or telephone system.
Reviews weekly store ad to note price changes and sale items.
Keeps register area clean, ensures adequate supplies are ready and available, reports improper cash levels in cash drawer, and helps maintain the store appearance.
Compares totals on cash register with amount of currency in register to verify balances at the beginning and end of work shift, (where applicable).
May give cash refunds or issue credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise or know where to direct the customer.
Understands and practices proper sanitation procedures and ensures the work area is always clean and neat.
Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress.
Adheres to company policies and individual store guidelines.

The Material Handler is responsible for loading Dried Distillers Grains, Bioethanol, POET Distillers Corn Oil, POET Wet Distillers, Distillers Syrup, or Biomass into trucks and rail cars. Team members in this position use mechanical equipment, meters or scales as well as computers and software equipment when loading products to ensure a timely delivery and product safety. Based on training provided, the Material Handler may also complete the grading of grain products or biomass.
Load trucks and rail cars with feed and fuel products of POET bioprocessing facilities using mechanical equipment, meters and scales as required to ensure timely delivery of products.
Assist with grain product or biomass and supply truck unloading functions.
Complete the grading of grain products or biomass using training provided.
Operate large machinery and equipment; may be required to obtain DOT certification.
Maintain a clean work area.
Enter bins adhering to POET's confined space procedures.
Complete HAZMAT paperwork when necessary.
Learn, maintain, and operate all processes associated with the grains operation, including repair and maintenance.
Remove, install, rebuild, lubricate, and clean all equipment associated with the grains process.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks as directed.
Be required to work outdoors, on weekends and holidays.
Must be able to meet call-in requirements as well as work extended hours as necessary.
Assist with running the bioprocessing facility scale house and learn required software applications.
Work in an honest and ethical manner; maintain confidentiality on all business related matters.

The purpose of the Line 10 Sanitation Operator role will adapt based on if the line is in production or clean state. Position Overview
As a Wind Site Technician, you'll ensure the smooth operation of wind turbines, directly addressing maintenance, troubleshooting, and system issues. Your contributions are vital in maintaining clean, reliable energy for local communities, regardless of your background in wind, electrical, mechanical, or heavy machinery sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and repair wind turbines with your team to keep communities powered.
* Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
* Collaborate with your team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
* Document your work and continuously improve operational processes.
* Accurately time code all work activities to support clear tracking of task duration, progress, and operational efficiency.
Who You Are
* At least 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate, or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.
* Highly developed problem-solving abilities and an engaged approach to responsibilities.
* Safety-conscious and committed to best practices.
* Able to work well with others and enjoy collaborative environments.
* Physically fit, comfortable working in various conditions, and at heights.
* Ability to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
* You have a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver's license, and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Job Description
The Barn Worker is responsible for the health and conditions of the chickens. This includes maintaining the highest standards of ethical treatment of chickens. This position is also responsible for maintaining the equipment and facilities of the barn - both inside and out.
Essential Job Functions:
Ensure the fair and ethical treatment of livestock, ensuring best industry standards while working with all livestock and livestock conditions. This includes following all procedures as outlined by the USDA, FDA, and all other Federal, State, and local government agencies.
Remove dead birds from all systems and help with rodent stations.
Walk up and down all aisles to gather eggs.
Replace all burn out light bulbs.
Ensure water and feed are working correctly in front and back of barns.
Clean egg transfers.
Blow off egg collectors.
Clean front and back of barns.
Catch loose birds.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION High School or GED preferred
EXPERIENCE Previous flock experience preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lift 50lbs and agile.
