Tax Returns

Corporate Payroll

* Create user profiles in ERP and Timecard app.
Payroll Administration

* Coordinate and participate in various audits.
* Complete EEO-1 & California pay data reporting, as required.
Other Duties
* Create, publish, and communicate job specific rates, as required.
* Manage Arcoro onboarding software and oversee user profiles and forms.
* Manage Procore system administration.
* Manage reimbursement process through Center Card.
* Backup for all field payroll procedures, as needed.
* Backup for certified payroll and union report, as needed.
* Act as system administrator for E-Verify.
* Attend seminars/educational training programs as required.

Education: Requires high school diploma. Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting preferred.
Experience: Requires four (4) years related experience with union payroll. Knowledge of federal and state payroll taxes and regulations.
Skills: Proven ability to maintain payroll files and the ability to create and establish various reports for the department. A good math/accounting aptitude. High attention to detail, aptitude for learning new things and must be able to work under pressure.

• Manage, train, and supervise project team according to Company policy
• Organize regular meetings for management and subcontractors
• Review contract conditions; ensure compliance with all contract terms
• Supervise documentation of all significant project events, e.g., accidents, delays, Change Orders
• Direct preconstruction services and activities
• Negotiate, prepare and issue subcontract bid packages
• Assist with business development and participate in job interviews
• Maintain quality control (integrity and excellence of completed project)
• Support estimating staff (bid item specialist)
• Avoid or mitigate claims and conflict
• Complete all job close-out procedures
• Conduct warranty follow-up (1-year warranty walks)
• Complete project with full or enhanced fee
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned
MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• 8 plus years experience on HCAi projects
• 5 years in a leadership role on HCAi projects
• Has worked on at least one $100M project or multiple $30M
• Responsible for staff development
• Full financial management of the project
• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent experience
• Field construction management experience (8-10 years, including supervisory skills)
• Leadership ability
• Problem-solving ability and strong sense of urgency
• Organizational and communication skills
• Drafting and computer skills
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting
• Thorough understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating)
