Job Summary
The Sr Direct Sales Representative is responsible for the promotion and sale of Optimum products and services. Utilizes expert knowledge of Optimum products and services and mastery of sales processes to consistently maximize the growth & development of new and tenured Optimum Sales Professionals. The Sr Direct Sales Representative role is focused on achieving individual targets, allocating time to field training, coaching, and support to assigned Optimum Sales Professionals and to assist in their ramp to competency and progression toward reaching OSP2 level. This senior level sales professional will promote and maintain a performance-based culture, where sales professionals are inspired to deliver a superior customer experience while acting as a mentor to foster employee professional development.
Responsibilities
Demonstrates expert knowledge of Optimum products, promoting and selling offerings to individual customers by knocking on every door assigned
Displays thorough and recent competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing, and campaigns for all products and services
Drive sales and build strong customer relationships, and mentoring and coaching frontline sales to help them achieve their utmost potential
Meets and exceeds sales targets as established by local market
Exhibits strong interest in leading & developing others
Provides onboarding support to new hires, observes, and provides feedback to ensure they are on-track with their training curriculum and able to provide an exceptional customer experience
Strategic planning - monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications, Education & Experience:

* At least 4-7 years of casualty insurance industry underwriting experience, with construction experience preferred.

* Existing market relationships with construction casualty producers and agents.
* Strong analytical as well as communication and presentation skills.
* Able to think creatively around risks and program design.
The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$160,000 annually. The rate of compensation offered will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location. The Role
Summary
We have an immediate opening for a Property Condition Assessment Professional (Project Manager) that can take the lead in expanding our current services within the PA region. This individual would specialize in the preparation of Property Condition Assessments, Cost Estimating for Long Term Plans, and/or Capital Reserve Studies for the multi-family residential industry with a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in the preparation of one or more types of these analyses. Experience in the lending industry, insurance industry or multi-family residential industry working on the preparation of one or more of the following Property Condition Assessments, Cost Estimates, Risk Assessments or Capital Reserve Fund/Preventative Maintenance Fund Analyses is required.
Responsibilities and Duties (include but are not limited to the following:)
Performing field measurements of building and site components and/or performing take-offs from plans and satellite imagery.
Conducting on-site inspections and documenting existing conditions, performing life cycle analysis, and obtaining photographic documentation.
Preparation of cost estimates and life cycle analyses.
Prepare capital replacement reserve funding analyses (‘reserve studies') and Preventative Maintenance Fund Analyses in accordance with national standards for multi family developments.
Conducting inspection to document community infrastructure and common element component conditions for Property Condition Assessments.
Prepare Property Condition Assessments along with cost estimates.
This position will involve a combination of field and office time.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering or Architecture or Construction Management or relevant work experience.
Work Experience
Three to Five years' experience, and/ or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Residential multi-family construction experience a plus.
Licenses and Certifications
OSHA 10 hour certified preferred.
Certified as a Reserve Specialist (CAI RS) or Professional Reserve Analyst (APRA PRA) preferred.
Must have or be able to obtain an unrestricted valid Driver's License.
