Game day assistance for Director to include:

Skilled in prioritizing and scheduling vendor work, coordinating work site locations, and tracking progress to completion.
Assist in the development and implementation of venue standard operating procedures (SOPs) and general documented guidelines for the venue operations department.
Maintains and manages up-to-date information for daily DSGP venue room space usage and Private Events Calendar.

Nature of work

Nature of Work: The Marketing Communications Intern will support all aspects of the Marketing Communications staff's day-to-day operations. Examples of work performed:
Maintains a database of relevant company-related mentions across all external media locally, nationally, and internationally.
Maintains a database of external media contacts.
Assists with compiling and editing a monthly internal company newsletter.
Assists with credentialing and escorting media at games and special events.
Performs additional duties as needed.

Inside Sales Representatives are hired for twelve months with the ability to move into a different role, based on department and business needs.
Examples of duties performed:
Responsible for the sale of new full season tickets, partial season ticket plans, mini plans, group tickets & premium seating.
Make a minimum of 90 touchpoints each day with the goal of generating new ticket revenue.
Identify new business opportunities by establishing professional and personal networks.
Proactively seeking new leads through referrals, prospecting and networking.
Meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales and intangible goals.
Conducts appointments with prospective clients.
Provides phone support and follow-up of ticket sales marketing campaigns.
