Review and understand contract specifications, scope of work, and exclusions outlined in the contract and related industry standards. Conduct inspections of workmanship and materials. Administer the overall quality and assurance program. Act in all quality assurance and control matters for the Company. File reports and photo documentation Attend contractor QA/QC meetings and monitor issues and concerns noted in the meeting minutes.. Conduct business with 100% integrity and professionalism Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred 1-3 years of heavy civil construction experience, preferably in dam, reservoir, landfill, wastewater treatment plants preferred. Experience and knowledge of Army Corp of Engineer projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Superior analytical and problem solving skills Organization and planning skills Strong oral, consultative and written communication skills Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management Ability to establish trust and interface effectively with Owners and Customers Physical Requirements: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
