The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all inventory operations for the stadium, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment across all departments. This role manages warehouse team members, maintains accurate inventory records, and enforces safety and organizational standards. The Warehouse Manager works closely with concessions, facilities, and event operations to support game days and special events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of all stadium supplies and equipment * Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and conduct regular cycle counts and audits * Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse team members to ensure adequate coverage for games, events, and non-event days * Coordinate with concessions, facilities, and event operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and products * Manage ordering, replenishment, and par levels to support game days, special events, and peak seasons * Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food, beverage, and non-food inventory in compliance with safety standards * Enforce warehouse safety procedures, cleanliness, and organizational standards * Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and delivery vehicles * Monitor vendor deliveries and resolve discrepancies related to shortages, damages, or incorrect shipments * Prepare reports on inventory levels, usage trends, and operational performance * Support budgeting efforts by controlling inventory costs and minimizing waste and shrinkage * Collaborate with management to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency * Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training * Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management * Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies * Complete other duties as assigned by management * Available to work none-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays) QUALIFICATIONS * Strong attention to detail. * Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes. * Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. THE ROLE The Executive Chef will lead the culinary team and work closely with the Bucs staff to maximize player health and performance. As a multi-disciplinary team member, the Executive Chef will work in collaboration with the Director of Performance Nutrition and the performance team, to provide fresh, local, sustainable, and nutrient dense meals tailored specifically to the needs of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers players and coaches.
