That's why we're seeking an Associate, Instructional Design responsible for supporting the development, delivery, quality assurance, and maintenance of e-learning training materials for Cogstate products and staff development. The Instructional Design Associate will receive content for training courses from internal subject matter experts and be responsible for using their knowledge of adult learning best practice to develop and revise training modules based on that content. Training modules will primarily be used to teach external professionals appropriate methods for Central Nervous System (CNS) assessments in the context of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
Refine content delivered by internal scientific subject matter experts (SMEs) and apply into well-polished eLearning courses and other training programs/materials (in adherence to company brand and process standards)
Regularly apply feedback and edits to courses
Ensure deliverables are accurate at every level, high quality, and completed on time
Support peer-to-peer quality control reviews for courses developed by other designers
Review and update course content during each product/patch-release cycle
Edit and create PowerPoint presentations for internal and external presentations
Stay up to date with Articulate / Storyline 360 updates and new features
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required; or equivalent years of experience
Advanced experience in Storyline 360 (preferred experience with the AI tool)
3-5 years eLearning development experience

Homebound Instructor

Job Summary:
The Instructor position will develop and teach the Clinical Science Graduate Program's Clinical Outcomes and Applications (CLSC 7202) graduate course starting in Fall 2024 to Masters and PhD level students. This course provides an overview of the field of major issues in outcomes research, and we will provide a deeper dive into select topics. Outcomes research uses a wide variety of research designs to expand understanding of how to measure outcomes of health care. The course is designed to provide students with both theory and application through case studies and in-class activities. Topics to be included are introduction to course, introduction to patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) & other objective measures, study design, data sources, introduction to conceptual models, diversity, equity, inclusion and justice (DEIJ), qualitative methods/stakeholder engagement, mixed methods, dissemination & implementation (research to implementation gap), and research into policy. Class activities will involve hands-on experiences to support learning and developing approaches to address conducting outcomes research. The instructor will commit approximately 15 hours of preparation time for course and same hours for teaching, during this time instructor will have contact and coordinate with co-faculty instructors.
Work Location:
Remote - this role is eligible to work remotely, but the employee must be in the United States. This course will be presented in both an asynchronous and synchronous format. Synchronous: Mondays from 4\:00 pm to 5\:30 PM. During this time, we will be on ZOOM, students engage in small group activities, class discussions, and student presentations. Asynchronous\: Students will be required (except for the first class and some guest lectures) to review PPT slides/recorded lecture prior to class (approximately 45-60 minutes).

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate degree in clinical science
More than 3 years of experience conducting clinical and translational research in humans
Previous teaching experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity/previous experience conducting clinical and translational research using a range of approaches and study designs

Drawing and/or watercolor instructor wanted to teach art classes at the Michaels store in Reynoldsburg!
This is a part-time, permanent position. This is a great opportunity for an artist who would like to be able to offer classes, but does not have their own studio space to do so.
We are looking for instructors who:
-have the ability to paint and/or draw realistically
-have the ability
to teach
realistic watercolor and/or drawing classes
-have the willingness to market their classes and build their own student base
Compensation:

Advanced Classes
: Acrylic Painting, Watercolor and Drawing Classes:

Duration:
