Now Hiring a Clinical Supervisor for our newest inpatient Detox and Residential treatment facility, in Ft. Collins, CO!
What You'll Do
Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment
What We're Looking For
Master's degree or higher in related field preferred
3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred
Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role (LAC, LCSW, LPC in Colorado)
Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles
