Starting rate of $23.75 an hour (additional $1 per hour as shift differential for nights)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for Inputting the appropriate parameters to maximize efficiency of the equipment and maintain product quality.
Responsible for following the assigned production schedule.
Responsible for keeping the area(s) and machine(s) clean and free of debris.
Responsible for troubleshooting the line(s) for washing parameters, waste generation, and output quality.
Responsible for the filing of work requests for repairs or preventive maintenance.

Mix epoxies according to company formulas
Bond or seals parts or assemblies with epoxies using direct heating elements or ovens and performs a variety of in-process testing
Adjusts, bends, aligns and solders fine wires to base parts
Ability to record test data into computer.
Maintains proper paper work throughout the assembly process.
