Starting Pay: $ The Glass Tech Assembler performs repetitive workstation operations to mass produce Insulated Glass Units for window production. In addition, may support the window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows. The company expects that all employees will act in a courteous, cooperative, and helpful manner. Mandatory overtime is frequently required and may not be announced in advance. The position is responsible for the quality of the IGU's as it passes through his/her station with the customer expectation in mind and communication of all quality issues in department to Production Supervisor.
