Core Responsibilities
Event Center Management
Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
Monitor conference spaces to ensure they are well-supplied, organized, and maintained to the highest standards
Stock rooms with required supplies and maintain orderliness throughout the day
Assist with organization of visitor office reservations, including preparation and direction to appropriate spaces
Catering Coordination
Compile and provide catering options to teams that are planning events
Submit catering and event orders
Monitor food and beverage service, ensuring each meeting receives exceptional service
Coordinate check-in and food tables for events and meetings
Scheduling & Coordination
Manage conference room calendar and assist users with booking spaces as needed
Work closely with internal departments to ensure meetings run smoothly and as planned
Coordinate with marketing, facilities, and IT teams for seamless event execution
Arrange daily logistics for scheduled meetings, including room setup and configuration
Provide after-hours support as needed
Respond promptly to issues with excellent customer service
Technology Support
Ensure meeting reservations are entered promptly in scheduling systems
Assist IT in providing technical support for audiovisual equipment and presentation technologies
Troubleshoot basic technology issues to minimize disruption to meetings
Travel & Hospitality Services
Coordinate parking for new employees and visitors
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, ground transportation, and accommodations for attorneys and clients as needed

Establish and maintain familiarity with all employees and departments in the office
Develop systems to anticipate and address needs before they arise

As a Labor and Employment Attorney at Tully Rinckey, you will be responsible for providing quality legal advice, representing clients in disputes, and managing a wide range of labor and employment matters. Job DescriptionSalary: $20-$24/hour DOE
The Clarence office of Lippes Mathias LLP is seeking an experienced litigation Legal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be key to supporting the administrative functions of the group.
Responsibilities
Communicate proactively and professionally with clients, agencies, and opposing counsel.
Open and close client matters, including POA submissions and withdrawals and closing letters.
Maintain and organize client files and digital records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Drafting, editing, and formatting of legal documents
Assist with filing submissions to the IRS, U.S. Tax Court, and other agencies.
Monitor and update attorney and team calendars; assist with scheduling and deadlines.
Support billing processes, time entry, and expense tracking.
Manage incoming mail, email, and case correspondence efficiently.
File and mail submissions to state and government agencies/courts.
Take detailed electronic notes during meetings and maintain follow-up actions.
Save, print, scan, and file all transmittal documents on each file
Perform general office and other duties as required

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Accurate typing speed of 65+ wpm.

Ability to meet deadlines and produce high quality work products
Salary range depending on experience: $20-$24/hour
The pay range provided in this listing is a good faith estimate for this position based on the location that we are hiring for. Criteria included but not limited to, skill level, education, and experience, will determine where a candidate falls within the range.
