Perform various ad-hoc loan tasks/inquiries such as: billing, escrow analysis, escrow payments, payment history and adjustable-rate settings

Desired Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree concentrated in accounting, business, and/or computer science is preferred, but other degrees will be considered
3+ years of experience in loan servicing of commercial mortgage loans
Construction loan experience is a plus
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Qlik Sense, Business Objects, Crystal Report Writer, and Microsoft SQL Server technology to create SQL queries is a plus
Must maintain strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, and be a team player
Ideal candidate is a self-starter, can work independently, possesses good listening skills, and is willing to learn
Accountable for all work contributions and provides informal guidance to others as needed

• Reviews future and upcoming sales, no less than 5 days prior to scheduling of sale, to ensure all requirements are met.
• Proper disposition and completion of a foreclosure sale, and follow up on sale proceeds within its respective judicial or non-judicial proceeding.
• Transfers files for conveyance/claim filing and/or to REO within 24 hours after the foreclosure sale of completion of the Ratification, Confirmation or Redemption period.
• Compiles, maintains, and ensures proper system coding for accurate and appropriate IRS 1099A/1099C (on foreclosed loan in the same month of sale completion).
• Processes all, instructions for posting of funds within SLAs; ensures timely and accurate instruction if/when funds or proceeds are received.

Summary:
As a Tag Swap Processor you will be supporting our client's tag distribution. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and programming new tags, as well as completing the process for returned tags.
What you will be doing:
Maintain accurate physical tag inventory and tag inventory records.
Test and program new tags as well as complete processing of returned tags.
Accept and verify inventory shipments. Use of a pallet jack required to move and store inventory.
Duties require some bending, sitting for long periods, pushing carts with tags and lifting up to 50 LBS.
Daily pull of inventory for packing and processing of new inventory transfers to Walk-in Centers.
Test and prepare defective tag shipments for the Return Merchandise Agreement (RMA) process.
Apply appropriate postage to outgoing mail, including tags.
Support the Tag Distribution Team Lead during monthly and annual tag inventory audits.
Perform other various functions within the Department as needed.
Follow all policy and procedures and meet performance and production standards.
Intermediary Excel competency required.

Position Summary
Lead the closing process for all loan products supported by the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) line of business. A CRE Loan Closer manages the loan closing process, ensuring all pre- and post-closing documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory and internal policies. Commercial Loan Closer III may close agented or participated transactions, secondary market trades, letters of credit and/or construction loans. The position is responsible for maintaining the highest quality service to clients, prospects, as well as internal partners, ensuring the accuracy of client account administrative activities and developing collaborative relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Document Management - Prepare, review, and organize all commercial loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Execute a prudent closing process for all loan products including new loans, amendments, extensions, modifications, and renewals. Prepare, review, and approve the closing package and settlement statement. Review legal documents for completeness and accuracy.
Compliance - Evaluate all closing documentation to ensure all pre-closing conditions and issues have been appropriately identified and accurately addressed. Confirm KYC and CIP have been completed. Maintain ongoing awareness of all legal and regulatory changes that may affect closing procedure.
Due Diligence - Order and review required due diligence items such as title commitments, flood determinations, UCC searches, environmental assessments, and proof of insurance.
Coordination - Act as a liaison between borrowers, attorneys, relationship managers, and internal teams to facilitate a smooth and timely closing process. Actively engage and manage all vendors involved in the transaction.
Funding Process - Prepare wires for funding and ensure funding was processed including OFAC and Callbacks.
Pipeline Management - Manage a pipeline of transactions, communicating status and conditions to internal and external partners.
Record Keeping - Maintain accurate and organized records of all transaction communications, documentation, and funding activities.
Transaction Coordination - Coordinate with the Loan Operations team to ensure that the transaction is properly recorded within the core receivable system. Coordinate with Collateral Team to ensure that all executed documentation is properly received and recorded in accordance with regulatory requirements. Identify exceptions that require post-closing follow-up.
