You will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Position Locations: Phoenix, AZ Tampa, FL St. Louis, MO Plano, TX Essential Duties: - Perform complex data and document validation. - Troubleshoot third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.). - Handle more complex calls, emails, or chat sessions. - Complete appraisal eligibility tasks. - Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines. - Perform other related duties as required and assigned. - Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values. Qualifications: - Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred. - General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulations.
