Job Description
Member Business Financial Services, L.L.P. (MBFS), a credit union-owned company, is looking for a Business Loan Servicing Specialist. The person holding this position is responsible for assisting the CUSO in the administration of the payment function, reporting function, and portfolio management. This position should be able to make contributions in identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Responsibilities Include:
Familiarity with various credit unions' loan policy and procedures so the credit union clients servicing requirements are met following safe and soundness principals.
Utilize appropriate software (PCFS 2000 &Ncino) to manage the insurance and collateral tracking processes.
Pleasant interpersonal and skills necessary for projecting a positive image as representative of the CUSO and interacting with staff members of credit unions, and managing routine customer service tasks.
Execute the processing of payments, loan participations, coordinate with the accounting departments of credit unions
Ability to make transactions on lines of credit based and other revolving credits on requests in coordination with our credit union partners.
Assist with the management of the collateral files, extensions and modifications of all member business credits, and insurance, through documented correspondence to obtain any and all documents needed to complete the process.
Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of business loan covenants in a tracking mechanism. Send letters or other communication as needed to the business member in advance of the covenant deadline to insure receipt and analysis of the business member's compliance to the covenant.
Prepare various daily reports for credit union and CUSO management when required.
Requirements:
Less than five years' experience in loan operations process and solving issues in a financial institution.
Requires proficiency in the use of loan servicing platforms, loan documentation platforms, Word, and Excel programs.
Requires professional, well-developed interpersonal skills essential for interacting with credit union executives while projecting a positive image as representative of the CUSO.
Work requires knowledge of small business and consumer loan policy; credit granting criteria, interest rates and how they are computed, and required documentation for each type of loan.

Our
Commercial Loan Services Specialists
are responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the commercial and corporate loan functions; coordinating work within the division, as well as with other divisions and departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; and responding to inquiries or requests for information.
Essential Duties:
Follows new loans from approval to closing, to ensure a timely, accurate and compliant process.
Researches, orders and collects necessary loan documentation and other information for pre-closings and closings.
Produces documentation between the Bank and customers through the completion of the loan closing, i.e. commitment letters, amendments, line of credit renewal letters, letters of credit, etc.
Distributes documentation and other related information to Loan Processing for timely entry into the system.
Follows up, suggests changes and completes any additional functions, including reviewing internally and attorney-prepared documents with regard to loans in process.
Ensures proper documentation is on file and kept current by managing and tracking various types of loans, i.e. construction and multiple advance lines of credit, draw down loans disbursing loan proceeds after closing, while paying attention to (among other things) maintaining the bank's lien position, qualified disbursement of funds, and compliance - that proper approvals are in place for disbursement and loan is in compliance with original terms of approval.
Provides customer support when necessary; makes contact with customers in order to complete loan processing.
Attends loan closings if requested.
Assists Commercial or Corporate Loan Officers as needed.

Responsibilities
As part of our pensions service department, you will be responsible for providing personalized and professional service to participants of over 700 pension plans. This may include responding to participant questions, updating data, and processing requested transactions, while always exhibiting good judgment and a thorough understanding of pension administration rules and procedures.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $49,000 - $54,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

* Processes all loans according to established NPF Service Level Agreements
* Performs necessary pipeline tasks required to clear all assigned Processing Conditions.

* Coordinates all closing requests received from Sales.
* Audits files for compliance throughout the loan process: RESPA/GFE, all applicable State/Federal tests, TILA & other required state specific disclosures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for supporting the Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) in loan processing, and booking/boarding closed loans. Additional responsibilities include loan file maintenance and ad hoc project assistance.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide administrative support to the AVP of Originations as needed.
Organize, assemble and verify accuracy of commercial loan documents and ensure files are up to date with all necessary documentation, proper signatures, dates and other relevant data.
Request and obtain, flood certifications, property reports, business entity search, UCC filing search and appraisals unless otherwise provided by the particular credit union.
Prepare loan documents with the assistance of senior staff according to the executed loan approval through the Laser Pro documentation system with minimal errors after a two year period.
Check documents for proper vesting, legal description, closing dates, signatures and collateral lien recordation. Track and obtain as needed.
Coordinate attorney review of loan documentation and settlement, if applicable
Book/board all new loans along with any changes, adjustments and amendments to existing notes, and disburse on each loan/line/lease as outlined by disbursement instructions on the PCFS 2000 Loan Manager system with minimal errors
Track and resolve document exceptions on closed loans booked on the PCFS 2000 loan system.
Maintain the tickler maintenance (financial statement updates, insurance certificates, UCC re-filing etc) on each loan booked/boarded on the appropriate systems.
Prepare annual letters requesting updated financial and insurance information for each member business loan.
Perform a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of department procedures.
Requirements:
