Key Responsibilities:
Face-to-face customer support, including OR, SPD and Biomed
Video tower/system set-up and support
Inspection, repair, troubleshooting and replacement of KARL STORZ devices
Monitoring, reporting, and facilitating repair/ exchange transactions
Transporting, cleaning/sterilization and packaging of instruments after use
Trouble shoot video and instrument issues in the O.R.

Requirements:

What You Will Do
Utilizes approved assessments to identify clients/members needs and family needs; develops initial and ongoing clinical plan of care. Updates plan at specified intervals, and as needed based on changes in client/member condition or circumstances
Performs and maintains effective care management for assigned caseload of clients/members. Leads the care coordination for complex psychiatric clinical cases. Tracks and monitors progress; maintains detailed, accurate and timely progress notes and other documentation
Provides supportive counseling and/or supportive therapy as well as ongoing mental health services

Monitor and manage large pipeline to ensure timely funding of loans
Evaluate and assess residential mortgage loan applications as assigned
Perform a preliminary review of each application for compliance and completeness
Run DU or LP underwriting engine as appropriate. Compare findings with loan file documentation and collect additional documentation as needed
Maintain contact and support between the Loan Originator and all other departments of the company throughout the process of the loan, which may include Sales, Underwriting, Compliance, and Funding
Identify any change of circumstance and prepare and deliver any required disclosures
Evaluate risk of residential mortgage loan applications based on company guidelines
Image and accurately organize all file documentation to comply with company and industry standards
Prepare and submit completed loan files to lender's underwriting for decision based on mandated quality control guidelines and regulatory compliance
Resubmit loan files to obtain clear to close status and collect prior to closing documents
Be able to self-prioritize and manage large pipeline and exhibit high organization skills
Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers

Liaison for the gathering of information for submission of loans for Closing Disclosure (CD) Issuance. Collaborate with applicable parties to meet target close date through time management of tasks and pipeline reporting. Ensure accuracy of data being submitted for CD Issuance: homeowners, taxes, fees, payoffs and applicable invoices for third party fees.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assign pipeline reporting to title reviewers, review pipeline reports, and manage title review box.
Maintain effective communication with all necessary parties involved in closing a transaction, from the customer, broker, correspondent, settlement agent, loan officer, post-closing, loan delivery, mortgage servicing, mortgage accounting, funding and co-workers to ensure a seamless closing experience.
Work with various internal departments as well as external organizations to obtain closing related documentation or obtain necessary information needed to complete a closing (i.e., payoffs, subordination's, release's, tax, title, homeowners/flood information).
Perform a thorough and accurate review of the file to ensure the loan is in compliance with State and Federal guidelines and obtain verbal verification of employment on all borrower's that are income qualified. This also includes but is not limited to reviewing homeowners, flood, title and tax related documents.
Follow up on rate lock expirations and document expirations.
Review system of record information to ensure CD can be prepared and that all documentation submitted for CD Issuance is complete and accurate.
Proactively contact the Settlement Agents throughout collaboration process to obtain all necessary information such as fees and contact information for CD purposes.
Evaluate close dates throughout process to ensure process is on target to meet those dates and ensure proper communication is being done to applicable parties if close date has to be changed.
Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
