Pay is a competitive hourly rate based on experience and could occasionally include commission. We are also looking to hire 1 more over the road (OTR) driver for the longer runs. We have established relationships for loads going to Western SD, WY, ID, UT, CO, KS, MO, IA, NE, MN & WI. You would be gone Monday-Friday and home weekends in this position. Pay is based on experience. This role pays a competitive commission percentage based on deliveries made. The routes for both driver positions vary each day, and are managed internally by the owner, Nathan. Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure. Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports. Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations. Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules. Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Must have a Class A CDL with minimum 2 years experience, along with a current health card and a clean driving record. Agricultural experience and mechanical aptitude preferred. Someone that is dependable, punctual, hardworking and has good communication skills would be a good fit. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and all DOT requirements, including physical examination and drug screen. This is a full-time position with occasional late days and/or Saturdays.
