Jon is our Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer. He has over a decade of experience in designing customer-centric enterprise risk and compliance systems, delivering value for organizations by reducing their risk, improving efficiency, and automating processes. Jon is driven by a passion to connect deeply with our customers' problems in order to build an amazing product that makes the challenges of risk and compliance easier. A native of the Chicago area and lifelong Bears fan, he enjoys tinkering in his garage workshop when he's not busy barbecuing on his rooftop with his wife Kirstin in the summer months.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Gina brings more than 20 years of enterprise software Marketing experience to LogicGate. Prior to LogicGate, Gina served as VP of Marketing at FourKites, Inc., where she built and scaled the Marketing function. As AVP, Global Marketing at Hyland, Gina oversaw global programs, field marketing, operations, events, and demand center. Outside of the office, Gina loves to cook, travel, and read…but most of her spare time is spent driving her kids to various practices and games. She lives in Chicago with her husband Mike and their three sons.

As our Chief Revenue Officer, Karry brings over 30 years of experience in enterprise software leadership to LogicGate. Prior to coming aboard, he was the CRO of SpringCM, a cloud-based document and contract management platform that was acquired by e-signature market leader DocuSign in late 2018. As head of global sales for Mobius (acquired by ASG Technologies), Karry grew revenues from $2M to nearly $100M during its IPO and expansion phases. Although he says he won’t quit his day job, Karry is an accomplished musician and a Beatles fanatic. Karry and his wife are raising five daughters in the Chicago area.
