    Job DescriptionWarehouse / Forklift Operator - 12-Hour Shifts Buffalo Grove, IL | Full-Time | Hourly Shifts Available: 2-2-3 Schedule Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM About the Role: We are looking for a dependable Logistics Operator to join our warehouse team in Buffalo Grove. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting material movement, inventory control, and packaging operations to keep production running smoothly. This position is hands-on and requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork.What You'll Do: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment Stage, move, and restock raw materials and components for production Complete accurate documentation, including lot changes, job verifications, and material reports Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of blenders, dryers, and auxiliary equipment Package, label, and stack products according to company and customer specifications Maintain neat, organized, and safe warehouse and staging areas (5S standards) Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Report equipment issues and follow safety/GMP policies What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required Strong math, reading, and communication skills Forklift/pallet jack certification required Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); SAP experience a plus Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred Why Join Us?
