Loss Prevention Officer
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
What You'll Do
Oversees, observes, and supervises employees entering and exiting the building.Walks through and around the exterior of the entire facility conducting Saftey/Hazard/Security audits.Continually monitors the hazard materials storeroom and cleans up spills.Oversees and supervises the disposition of damaged items, loads items onto push carts, and moves to safe location.Walks throughout the facility and conducts general investigations, inventory counts and cycle counts.Use computers and office equipment.Must read Standard Operating Procedures, hear fire/security alarms and phones, and be able to monitor CCTV.Provides trainings to other employees.Perform housekeeping duties, keep floors clean, and keep work areas neat and clean.

This position will lead four teams (Loss Prevention, Car Control, Security and Impounds) evolving around the management, recovery, reporting and coordination of our Corporate Rental Assets. This individual must be capable of handling multitude of tasks which are time sensitive and have the ability to delegate responsibility and follow through to ensure tasks are completed appropriately. What you will do:
Supervise division Overdue process to lead team in the reconciliation of overdue rental vehicles and missing vehicles. Supervise division Impound process to lead team on the timely retrieval of our vehicles from various Impound locations across the division, CONUS. Ensures appropriate expenses are paid to the Impound lots and recovered on the customers contracts prior to closing. Handles all escalation issues related to Overdues & Impounds with Field Management, Security, ERS and Impound Vendor. Handle customer service issues, as well as operational inquiries. Manage the local and one-way overdue Budget Truck rentals. Facilitates communication between customers, dealers, security, law enforcement etc. to ensure timely retrieval of trucks. Responsible for bi-annual Truck Inventory including SOX requirement documentation. Responsible for reporting of missing and alarmed vehicles for Field Management and Security personnel to aid in the management of fleet control. Trends data to identify and escalate potential fraud issues as indicated. Complete and review yearly Associates performance appraisals
Create and conduct training modules for TCS Manager and Team Leaders based upon quality reports. Weekly and monthly reporting of Service Language Agreements, as well as other performance metrics. Troubleshoot various exception processing. Mitigate issues between companies, as well as providing process improvements.
