We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual who has extensive knowledge within the security industry. You should be well versed in mechanical and low-voltage systems and have the ability to troubleshoot various access control equipment/manufactures. Responsibilities include: Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing access control systems (phone entry systems, gate operators, card readers, door strikes, RFID antennas, cameras, etc.). Perform regular inspections of installed systems to ensure optimal functionality. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls. Answer questions and provide technical support to clients on the use of their access control system. Requirements include: Previous experience in access control, low-voltage, gate operators or other related fields (Minimum of 5+ years). Computer networking and basic IP configuration. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with hand tools and power tools effectively. Positive attitude. A strong IT background is preferred.
