Role Purpose:
The Production Operator is responsible for executing all aspects of solid-dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing, including dispensing, granulation, sifting, milling, drying, encapsulation, coating, compression, and equipment cleaning.
This role requires strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, batch record accuracy, safety, and good housekeeping practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform commercial and non-commercial manufacturing activities according to schedule.
Set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot solid-dosage pharmaceutical production equipment.
Follow all cGMP standards, SOPs, Safety Data Sheets, and Batch Records.
Maintain a clean, compliant manufacturing environment at all times.
Participate in quality investigations as needed.
Collaborate with production management and site support teams.
Complete all documentation clearly, accurately, and in English.
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Haves
Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a Production Operator in solid dosage (tablets) pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Proficiency with cGMP solid-dosage manufacturing equipment.

Position
This position is part of our Robotics Security Operations Center (RSOC) team and will be assigned to further the security mission within the client's property and airspace. What your day looks like
Under general supervision, remove primal from primal cut line and bone out and/or trim product based on daily need according to specifications. Additional responsibilities include assisting other boner/trimmers by removing primal from primal cut line and positioning on table. Accurately cut off shoulders top. Trim meat products, (remove skin, fat, bones, as well as any blood clots, etc. according to daily need and according to specifications. Trim special cuts based on daily need. Job Description
This role is on C Shift, Wed 1:45p-8p, Thur-Sat 7:45a-8p.
► Key Areas of Responsibility
Operates the label machines properly and efficiently in order to meet production deadlines according to the daily job schedule.
Minimize waste or misuse of raw materials.
Communicates label production issues with the Production Supervisor and/or Facility Manager
Performs distribution functions as needed.
Keeps accurate log of raw materials used in the production of labels. Logs date and ID number of cartons of product to maintain a FIFO inventory and to identify any QC problems with raw materials.
Uses ERP system to log time and materials for each job.
Responsible for maintenance of all dies.
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area, uses required PPE, and follows all safety rules and procedures.
May be required to work overtime or on another shift as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
Compliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is required.
Compliance with all Company policies is required including all safety policies and procedures.
Physical Demands
Stands 2/3 to full time on the shift daily.

This position is responsible for inspecting and packing quality product in a safe, efficient and quality manner.
Essential Duties Include:
· Respond to /and operate machines
· Identify serious problems for maintenance
· Assemble and pack boxes with light-weight packaging components consisting of lids and tubs
· Place boxes of finished goods on skids approximately 24 times per hour
· On occasion (up to approximately 6 times per hour) lift cases weighing up to 30lbs. to a height of 6 ft. to put on skids
· Push boxes into case sealer
· Deliver materials to machines (inserts, film, color, resin, etc.)
· Inspect product as per quality standards and pack boxes

· Complete traceability forms and record production data, enter data into computer, verify that correct labels are applied to boxes and production information is correct.

Open specimens and pour off into secondary containers to prepare for analysis and testing
Verify patient demographic information matches the test requisition form submitted
Data entry of patient information into the computer system for tracking purposes
Meet key production metrics and quality measures to ensure timely and accurate results
Unpack and route specimens to their respective staging areas
Pack and ship specimens to proper testing facilities when required
Properly prepare and store excess specimen samples
Resolve and document any problem specimens
Handle and dispose of medical and chemical waste
Comply with applicable environmental health and safety policies and procedures
Operate automated instrumentation under supervision if necessary
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior specimen processing experience is preferred
Previous experience using automated equipment is a plus
Proficient computer and typing skills
Must pass standardized color vision test
Comfortable handling human biological specimens including blood, urine and tissue samples
Ability to lift up to 30lbs, work in protective equipment and sit/stand for long periods of time
Strong eye hand coordination in order to accurately identify specimens by touch and sight
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
High level of attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to work overtime when needed
