The Production Worker is under the direction of the shift supervisor and will primarily be responsible for assembly of plastics intermediate bulk container (IBC) totes & steel cages manufactured using established production procedures, following safety protocol and adhering to company's quality standards. Support plant production needs for daily operation, changeovers, and outbound shipments. Secondary responsible for assisting in packaging of product of internal and external use and assisting in changeover with other production teammates. Reaching above shoulders, hand and wrist repetitive simple grasping to pick up bottle to stack. The noise level in the work environment is loud and always requires hearing protection when working out on the production floor. The work environment can be very hot, over 90 degrees. Vision: 20/20 corrected and normal hearing range. Ability to wear company required personal protective equipment; safety glasses, earplugs, steel toe/composite safety shoes, cut resistant gloves, and any other necessary item based on assigned task.
