What You'll Be Doing: * Setting up machines to start a production cycle. * Determining the fixtures, attachments, and tools necessary to complete jobs according to specifications and mount them to machine prior to beginning cutting. * Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines. * Bonding magnetic components in specific orientations to a range of substrates. * Inspecting parts with precision measuring tools. * Inspecting finished products for accuracy and uniformity to ensure product quality and uphold company reputation. * Maintaining machine production logs. * Performing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks to ensure machine longevity, including but not limited to lubrication, cleaning, as well as coolant and tool replacement. * Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. * Other Duties as assigned. We are looking for someone who: * Pays attention to detail. * Is self-motivated. * Possesses a high school diploma or GED equivalent. * Has experience with use of calipers, micrometers, indicators, set up blocks as well as a variety of gauges. * Has a willingness to help and fill in wherever needed. * Is able to provide clear and concise communication across multiple platforms. * Possesses strong analytical, communication and computer skills. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to pass a drug screening, medical physical and, if applicable, visual testing. * Able to move up to 50lbs. * Possesses manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately. * Can wear PPE. * Comfortable standing for long periods of time, up to and exceeding 60 minutes. * Is capable of making repetitive movements including, but not limited to, sitting, squatting and walking up and down stairs.
