Ensure all products meet quality specifications and requirements. Monitor and inspect products during production to maintain consistency and quality standards. Follow and promote food safety practices, enforcing all GMPs and appropriate food defense techniques. Ensure compliance with food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices. Clean and sanitize machines and production areas to company standards. Inform supervisor/manager of equipment malfunctions or production issues. Work with supervisor to create and improve standard operating procedures and training documentation. Perform duties safely and comply with all company policies and regulations. Collaborate with other departments to address food safety risks and support cross-functional success. Other duties as assigned. What You've Done And Who You Are Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of previous machine operator experience. Mechanically inclined with ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and operations preferred. Strong communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams. Flexible, willing, and quick to learn new processes, technology, and ways of thinking.
