Title:- Packaging Technician 2 Duration: Contract until Aug 2026 (Possible extension) This position is responsible for performing routine tasks, operating equipment, and troubleshooting in the area of automated Syringe Inspection and Syringe Packaging. This position supports execution of the production plan. Responsibilities • Operate and troubleshoot high-speed automated Inspection and Packaging equipment. Typical tasks include loading syringes onto automated inspection equipment, changing label reels, replenishing packaging items (e.g. inserts, labels, cartons, lidding rolls, base film rolls, shippers), operating syringe assembly machine, thermoformer, cartoner, case palletizer, serialization equipment, and wrapping pallets. • Participate in line changeovers and continuously strive to reduce line downtime and improve OEE%. • Ensure compliance with cGMPs and SOPs at all times. • Perform routine Quality and Safety inspection walk-throughs of the production areas. • Perform scheduled cleanings of equipment and packaging rooms. • Will serve as witness of routine unit operation tasks for batch record signing. Position and secure work pieces on electro-chemical machine table with clamps, vices or holding fixtures. Perform minor adjustments to set-up of electrodes to ensure concentricity, alignment and depth of electrode to work piece using measuring instruments such as dial indicators or computer machine controllers. Identify the components described in the production order and return and label any remaining components upon completion of the product. Keep the warehouse (and facility) clean, organized and efficiently maintained. Coordinate and communicate with production teams (on all shifts) about daily production plan. Focus on continually improving the workflow of the area. Perform other related duties as assigned. Who You Are High School Graduate or Equivalent. Experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred. Basic Mathematics, writing and reading. Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Flexibility in work assignments. Ability to check quality of the products. Physical Requirements Position requires constant walking or standing. Must be able to climb ladders. Occasional bending or kneeling. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to push/pull rolls weighing up to 200 pounds with assistance.
