Assure proper installation and adjustments of molds onto plates and hangers. Checking viscosity of slurries and pre-dip, doing sand bed checks. Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of slurry tanks, sand beds, floor hangers, and plates. Responsible for keeping the robots operational during the breaks and lunch period of the robot operators. Perform plating, deplating, and autoclave operations as required. Responsible for following operational procedures in making slurry batches using recipe detect faulty operations, defective material and report these and any unusual conditions to robot operator. Follow prescribed safety regulations. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Must know and follow all departmental and company safety rules.
