MachineOperators and Technicians are essential to our Production process. Operators utilize a Celli/Rewinder machine to slit and rewind large rolls of our non-woven materials into smaller rolls for transportation to our customers around the world. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain a working knowledge of the sequential Control Logic that oversees the operation of the line
Understand the different classifications of cores used, such as core thickness, core diameter etc.
Know all the specifications used to define the product rolls such as length, weight, diameter.
Utilize the Avanti software to log in specific details and product specifications.
Actively watch the material running to identify any defects; must be able to identify the various types of defects.
Responsible for flagging sections of jumbo with any defects or issues using proper color code.
Operate an overhead crane and vertical wrapper.
Change shaft extractors for respective core diameters used.
Correctly set knives; must know how to adjust and replace knives as needed.
Carry out functions of the wrapper i.e. set Film Tension, replace Shrink Wrap into Carrier, thread wrapper.
Read and interpret information on labels; apply labels onto rolls.
Identify the different colors of labels and understand the significance of each type.
Utilize appropriate cardboard side covers for final product (rolls).
Distinguish between an FDA Product and non-FDA product and follow proper FDA rules and protocols when applicable.
Collect standard samples and for QA testing.
Add re-feed to the machines as needed.
Perform manual/automatic operations of the Rewinder.
Read, fill and understand Operator Panel.
Know parts and locations of Celli operating devises, such as alarms and lock system.
Initiate E-Stops under necessary usage conditions.
Work across multiple lines, as needed.
Perform routine maintenance procedures.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed and utilize proper PPE.
Keep work station clean and organized.
Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work in a hot/non-climate controlled environment
Must be able to stand for 12-hour shift on hard surfaces
Must be able to perform extensive walking; climbing multiple stairs throughout the shift

Key Responsibilities:
Load and operate the in-house laser stencil cutting machine according to job specifications.
Interpret Gerber files and convert them to machine-ready formats using appropriate CAM software.
Set up laser parameters including power, speed, and focus for optimal stencil quality.
Inspect completed stencils for dimensional accuracy, burrs, and quality of cut per internal standards.
Clean, label, and prepare stencils for hand-off to stencil handling or SMT.
Perform preventative maintenance on the laser system, including lens cleaning, filter replacement, and system calibration.
Maintain material inventory (e.g., stainless steel sheets, frames) and request replenishment as needed.
Document production activities and inspection results in accordance with internal traceability requirements.
Work closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure stencil design and output meet customer and process needs.
Ensure safe operation of equipment and follow all safety and ESD protocols.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification in laser machining or CNC preferred.
1+ year of experience operating a laser cutter, CNC machine, or similar equipment in a precision manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with SMT stencils, Gerber files, and basic PCB design concepts is a plus.
Proficient with computers; experience using CAD/CAM software is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to lift and handle metal sheets and frames safely (up to [insert weight, e.g., 25 lbs]).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented production setting.
Work Environment:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IC Packaging Technologist to lead and innovate in the development of high-performance, high-speed, and advanced IC package solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of deep technical contributions in 2.5D/3D integration, chiplet technology, fan-out wafer-level-packaging (e.g., FOWLP/FoCoS/Info), and heterogeneous integration. The successful candidate will lead strategic roadmap execution and scale innovative package solutions into production through close collaboration with OSATs, foundries and key suppliers
Basic Qualifications:
* M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline.
* 10+ years of experience in IC packaging development and NPI for high-speed SerDes and high-performance SoCs, ASICs, or memory products
* Deep hands-on expertise with FCBGA, fc CSP, co-packaged optics (CPO), and 2.5D/3D integration technologies such as CoWoS, RDL and silicon interposers, and chiplet-based architectures (e.g., BoW, UCIe); along with experience in fan-out wafer-level packaging (FOWLP/WLFO).
* Strong understanding of packaging material selection, substrate stack-up, bump/RDL design, and DFM for advanced nodes
* Entrepreneurial, open-minded behavior and hands-on work ethic with the ability to prioritize a dynamic list of tasks.
Required Experience:
* Led multiple end-to-end advanced packaging NPI programs, from concept definition, pathfinding, design, supplier engagement, process development, and successful transition to HVM.
* Experience in high-speed SerDes IC package development, including interfaces such as PCI Express (PCIe) Gen4/Gen5/Gen6, CXL (Compute Express Link), and other multi-gigabit transceiver protocols, as well as devices such as retimers, switches, and PHYs operating at data rates up to 224G/448G PAM4.
* Experience defining RDL and bump architectures to enable die-to-die chiplet integration using interconnect standards such as BoW (Bunch of Wires) and UCIe (Universal Chiplet Interconnect Express).
* Demonstrated ability to lead collaboration with foundries (e.g., TSMC), OSATs, and substrate suppliers for collaborative package technology development.
* Deep understanding of mechanical (e.g., warpage, CTE mismatch), thermal (e.g., heat dissipation, TIM), and electrical (e.g., parasitics, signal integrity) design trade-offs in advanced package development, with a proven ability to deliver robust and manufacturable packaging solutions.
* Deep understanding of the technology landscape, cost drivers, and market trends influencing IC packaging innovation.
* Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally across design, product/test engineering, operations, reliability, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
Preferred Experience:
* SI/PI knowledge is a plus: SI/PI concepts, S-parameter extraction, and PDN optimization using HFSS, SIwave, or Ansys Designer
