    Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for a Machine Operators. Will be responsible for setting up and operation production machines. Hourly Rate (Non-Exempt): $18.25 - $19.00per hour (DOE) Work Schedule (Monday-Friday) 11:15 p.m. - 7:17 a.m. Training for this position will be scheduled for up to 5 weeks during the 1st shift schedule (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) prior to working on or 3rd shift (11:15 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.) Company Offer Benefits: Medical (HMO/PPO/HSA) Dental (HMO/PPO) Vision Company Paid Basic Life Insurance Supplemental Life Insurance Paid time off (i.e. Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and Bereavement) 401k Savings plus company match Tuition Assistance Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED Experience in setting up and operating semi-automated machines At least three (3) months in a manufacturing environment Some experience using a Microscope Basic computer skills Good math skills Good verbal and written communication skills Preferred Education and Experience: Experience with ADT 7122- dicing saw machines Some Vocational school emphasizes in electronics Working in a Clean Room Environment Hand-on experience with Comma Coater or NCC machine Essential Functions: Upload program instructed on the traveler to stack sheets of dielectric material. Stackers are responsible for stacking sheets of dielectric material. Read the travelers to ensure that they are following correct build-up design and correct dielectric type. Read and locate program files and data recording in SPC Data Entry are required for this position. Inspection of stacked bars through the microscope. Remove, install and maintain flanges, blade change, balance, and set up programs. Inspect each part to ensure that cuts are the correct specifications. Work closely with Engineering to ensure that yields are as expected and ensure machines function properly. Ensure that cuts are the correct specifications. Will assist in performing preventative maintenance on the machines Physical And Mental Demands The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Use of microscope, 25% of shift Standing/Walking 90% of shift; Sitting 10% of the shift Twisting of neck and waist 90% of shift Reaching above shoulder, and simple hand grasping up to 20% of shift. Stoop and bend, reaching above shoulder, and simple hand grasping up to 90% of shift. Lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 lbs, 50% of the shift Will occasionally work in fast paced environment and demonstrate adaptability Must understand and follow a set of clear verbal and/or written procedures without deviation. Must adhere to a provided work schedule to meet a set of qualitative production standards. Interact with co-workers to complete tasks. Perform assigned tasks.
