We are looking for people who can:
· Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for quality and compliance with specifications, reporting any discrepancies or issues to maintain high standards.
· Safely and efficiently transport raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility.
· Efficiently assemble and pack sanitation wipes into designated packaging, ensuring proper sealing and labeling according to quality and safety standards.

This position is part of our Robotics Security Operations Center (RSOC) team and will be assigned to further the security mission within the client's property and airspace. Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in door manufacturing facilities a Plus
Familiarity with basic pneumatic tools, hand tools, light carpentry
Familiarity of building materials and light carpentry
Ability to read a tape measure a must
Capable of working on your feet 8-12 hours per day
Capable of lifting and maneuver a minimum of 50 lbs
Ability to work well in teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

This role will function as part of a team to meet production goals. Essential Functions: * Set up and monitor all manufacturing parameters relating to the safe, efficient production of silicone extruded rubber products. * Adjust machine for proper extrusion and winder operation.
* Measuring and gauging thickness of material by using micrometers and various measuring/quality control instruments to maintain consistent product performance.
* Package extruded tape and case product per customer specifications.
* Assure that a sufficient quantity of raw material base is available to meet daily production demands by recording all inventory material usage on work orders and within computer software system.
* Perform scheduled housekeeping by removing product and supply debris from production area using a broom or shovel.
* Perform and record all in-process inspection/testing relating to maintaining product traceability and run documentation.
* Communicate with various departments such as quality, shipping, and value added relative to product quality issues and availability of material for further processing or shipping.
* Perform cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Perform nonconforming material process including DMR's and hold tags.

As a Machine Operator, you will be assigned to work on lines and may work in one or more workstations. You will be required to be proficient in multiple assets in a given location. You will be responsible for machine setups and changeovers, problem-solving, performing PMs, and making decisions on machine adjustments.
Responsibilities
Load raw material into machine and unload finished product
Determine and control the machine cycle varying and modifying it as necessary
Perform tests and check products routinely for multiple characteristics using standard measuring devices and making some judgments against not readily measurable standards
Meet production schedules and program production sequences for optimal productivity
Follow standard operating procedures and specifications or instructions of higher-level technical personnel and monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications
Operating a Forklift and machinery throughout the shift
Maintain production records and logs of equipment and product performance
Follow all health, safety, and housekeeping procedures, policies, and practices and consistently work in a safe manner with regard to self, co-workers, and manufacturing systems
Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
Assist and support other team members in meeting department and site goals
Participate and share in performing all tasks necessary to run the facility

Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, trade school, or combination of training and experience
3+ years of relevant manufacturing machine operator experience
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Able to work overtime, including short-notice requests
Motivated, takes initiative, and possesses a strong work ethic
Ability to multitask within a structured environment
Extraordinary organization skills, strong time management skills, and exceptional communication skills
Ability to follow electrical schematics and drawings
Possess the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic, multitasking environment
Capacity to work with limited supervision, independently, and as a team member
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
