Production Specialist Lead Duration: 12 Months of Contract + possible extension Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM The Production Specialist Lead (Production Coordinator) works on the production floor during second-shift hours and supports the assembly of life-saving medical devices in a cleanroom environment. This is a lead or line coordinator role that requires more experience than standard Production Technician positions. The role involves coordinating daily production activities, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and supporting efficient workflow across shifts. Key Responsibilities: Plans, schedules, and coordinates all phases of production to ensure timely and high-quality output. Attends daily Tier 1 meetings and completes daily safety area walkthroughs. Performs routine work in all production areas with limited supervision. Ensures product quality by following standard operating procedures, training, templates, and good judgment.
