Complete required production documentation, including work orders, inspection logs, and equipment checklists. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets. Cross-train in multiple areas of the manufacturing process to provide flexibility and support to the team. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred. Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Basic math skills and ability to use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one preferred. As a Machine Operator, you'll set up and operate machines, adjust for materials used, verify dimensional requirements, and transfer materials to storage areas. This specialist works with unconventional materials, which requires specialized skills.
