Role Description
We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our team. In this position, you will collaborate closely with advisors, research, marketing leadership, and external vendors to translate data and content into compelling visual stories, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain organized, high-quality marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
Responsibilities:
Design and produce a wide range of graphic marketing collateral including proposals, offering memorandums, brochures, email campaigns, social media graphics, online listings, presentations, and special projects
Prepare creative drafts, layouts, and production files for internal review; implement edits and revisions based on feedback
Ensure all materials align with company branding guidelines, quality standards, and production specifications
Coordinate and prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring correct specs, formats, and file sizes
Collaborate with internal teams-including advisors, research, and marketing leadership-to gather content and supporting materials
Own day-to-day graphic design execution using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) from concept through final production
Coordinate with external vendors such as photographers and printers; assist with cost estimates and production timelines
Perform photo editing and retouching to ensure high-quality visual assets
Prepare, upload, and maintain marketing assets and property listings across third-party commercial real estate platforms (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet, CREXi), ensuring accuracy, branding consistency, and up-to-date content
Maintain and update website content, property listings, and digital assets within internal systems and third-party platforms
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail
Maintain organized digital file structures and support ongoing improvements to marketing workflows
Can convert research-based data into a visually compelling story for presentations, market updates, infographics, graphs, etc.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing production, hands-on graphic design, or related creative roles
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
