    Key Accountabilities Operating Packaging Machines Operate packing machines and palletizers at maximum efficiency. Load and/or unload flatbed trucks, vans, rail cars, trailers and pallets with correct product and quantity according to bill of lading. Operate forklift to load products into trucks and boxcars. Successfully complete all necessary soft skills training as directed. Return from breaks in a timely manner; notify lead/foreman/supervisor before leaving the department. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork as directed. Attend all department and company scheduled meetings. Works scheduled shift as assigned. Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area. Immediately report all accidents and deficiencies to the lead/foreman/supervisor. Ensure safety devices are installed and working properly. The Role You will operate state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality specialty films. Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule * Work: Monday & Tuesday - Off: Wednesday & Thursday - Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday * Off: Monday & Tuesday - Work: Wednesday & Thursday - Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday * 12-hour static shifts (Nights - 7:00pm - 7:00am) (Days - 7:00am - 7:00pm) * Rotational Shift: Alternates between Day Shift (7:00am-7:00pm) and Night Shift (7:00pm-7:00am) hours every 4 weeks What You'll Do * Operate and monitor plastic extrusion production lines * Set up machines according to work order specifications * Inspect products for quality compliance and manage scrap processes * Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks * Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Collaborate with team members during shift changeovers What You'll Bring Essential Qualifications: * Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds * Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools * Strong communication skills and positive attitude * Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment * Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Preferred Qualifications: * 2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience * Basic computer knowledge * Previous manufacturing experience Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary: * Wages ranging from $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, dependent on experience. * Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
