Monitors the flow of outgoing finished goods and corrects any disturbance in the flow of those goods. Cleans equipment and line continually throughout the shift and maintains a clean safe work area. Expedites repairs to the line working with maintenance as necessary. Keeps daily records of downtime and machine operations. Follows SOPs for all operations. Job Description Internal Job Title: Production Operator Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Location: Albany, NY Work Model: On-site Shift: Evening Shift - Monday to Friday, 3.15 pm to 11.45 pm Starting Wage: $18.25/hour + 1.50/hr shift differential pay Position Summary As a Production Operator at CBN Secure Technologies Inc., you will be responsible for operating various types of machines and equipment that are used to produce various secure polycarbonate documents like NY State Driver Licenses and Identification cards. The work occurs in a temperature controlled, clean-room environment. Responsibilities Equipment Operation Operate laser engravers, automated inspection equipment, and insertion machines. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions. Ensure adequate supply of consumables for production runs. Inventory & Materials Management Verify inventory lot counts. Documentation & Data Management Perform data entry and maintain daily production logs.
