Conduct thorough shift turnovers, providing written and verbal communication to the relieving crew about ongoing issues or operational conditions. Team collaboration: Communicate effectively with other operators, engineers, and support teams to ensure smooth and safe operations. Assist in the training and development of less experienced operators. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. An associate degree or relevant technical training is preferred. T-2 and Crane Certifications Experience in oil and gas production, preferably in an offshore or industrial environment. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Must be able to pass physical fitness, drug, and background screenings. Offshore safety certifications (e.g., BOSIET/HUET) are typically required or must be obtained upon hiring. Work Environment: This is a rotational position involving extended periods working offshore on a production platform (e.g., 14/14 or 7/7). Work is conducted outdoors in all weather conditions and indoors in a control room. Physical requirements include working at heights, in confined spaces, and the ability to lift heavy equipment as needed. Must be willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as part of the shift schedule.
