SALARY RANGE: $150,000 to $165,000 per year
JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES (other duties may be assigned)
Work with Sales and Project Managers to provide timely field-related design solutions for our customers
Analyze customer specifications and performance requirements to determine mechanical designs
Assist with budgets, pre-contract designs and presentations
Active participant in all aspects of system design process: research, design, load calculations for system sizing, layout, sizing of components, equipment selection
Manage projects with both internal and external deadlines and changing time constraints
Design all details for construction required elements for installation
Assure all code requirements are met providing necessary information for permit application
Produce O&M's, Commissioning and other documents required for project communication and completion
Perform site surveys as required to verify details necessary for complete and accurate design
Monitor design standards and implement/practice quality control
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Three years related experience in HVAC or construction industry
Related experience in plumbing design preferred, but not required
Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, CAD, Revit a plus

Familiarity with HVAC principles and technical applications
Ability to comprehend and implement applicable HVAC related federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations

Job Description:
The CMO Engineering Line Lead position provides leadership, manufacturing support and coordination of the engineering department for the CMO line specific projects. Coordinate and supervise engineering resources to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing for current and upcoming projects.

Execute high level projects from conception, consistent with upper management objectives for business growth.

As a Field Robotics Engineer at Carbon Robotics you are responsible for ensuring customer success via successful implementation and support of Carbon Robotics Equipment. You'll be responsible for owning, scheduling, and prioritizing maintenance tasks on the LaserWeeders as well as owning and ensuring successful implementations. This includes training of operators, making usage recommendations based on agronomic knowledge and implementing set up. We are looking for a Critical Facilities Engineer who knows what best-in-class service looks like and can make that a reality. This role is an important member of our facilities team where we manage some of the most efficient and cost-effective data center facilities in the industry. This position can be hired as level I, II, or potentially level III pending experience desired and for experience one brings to the organization. Preferred candidates have data center hands on experience or field service experience with generators. However, all hands on field service expertise is encouraged to apply .
The successful candidate for this role will work with a team of other electrical and mechanical-focused engineers performing maintenance and repair for our data center infrastructure. Ability to read commercial building blueprints and understand electrical single lines and schematics
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures related to mechanical & electrical systems needed to run data centers

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering
EI/EIT Certificate required or ability to obtain within 18-months
0 to 3 years' experience in the airport consulting/engineering field preferred
Knowledge of FAA advisory circulars related to airport design and the FAA grant process
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment
Willingness to travel, especially during construction season
Key Responsibilities
Assists in client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects
Assists in the development of construction cost estimates for various projects
Keeps Project Manager informed of workload and any changes in project scope or additional services
Assists in design components of various projects, design tasks and preparation of drawings
Provides information to Project Manager or Project Engineer for incorporation into specifications
Researches design options and presents options to Project Manager or Project Engineer
May serve as onsite project representative
Construction inspection and oversight
Additional duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to navigate various locations and settings of the company
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate a vehicle
Salary Range
$65,000 to $85,000 (DOE)
