The Red Team Lead is a critical role in our offensive security team, driving advanced security testing and adversarial simulations to safeguard McKesson against emerging cyber threats.
This position requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to enhance the organization's security posture.
The Red Team Lead will implement strategic plans and foster a culture of continuous improvement in security practices. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of applications, networks, operating systems, and offensive techniques, and will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security efforts and mentor team members.
Essential Job Duties:
- Lead and executecomplex red team engagements to simulate cyber-attacks on the organization's infrastructure, applications, and data.

- Develop, document, and implementcomprehensive methodologies to identify and report vulnerabilities across all McKesson environments.

Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experiencein Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, Penetration Testing, or offensive tool development; or master's degree in computer science / engineering or related cyber field, and 6-8+ years of progressive experience in offensive security, or a combination of academic and hands-on experience.
Requirements:
- Hands-on keys experiencewith Red Team engagements, including planning, execution, and leadership.

Generates ITSM system level requirements verification procedures and customer acceptance test procedures.
Monitors ITSM system performance and implements performance tuning.
Reviews test plans/procedures and ensures they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements and participates in the testing process to validate ITSM requirements.

Serve as Lead ITSM Engineer for Service Now platform
Coordinate with the ITSM Administration and implement plans to optimize ServiceNow
Submit formal security patch implementation requests IAW CCMP
Have an understanding and knowledge of ITIL/ITSM best practices and business process analysis and design
Possess soft skills to lead, communicate, negotiate, focus on details, prioritization, decision-making, presentation and a strong analytical and problem-solving skill
Create and Maintain Visual Task boards to support Agile teams
Provide over-the-shoulder mentoring on ITSM and Service Now
Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures
Qualifications
High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience)
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow
Required Skills and Experience
Must have one of the following Certifications to start and obtain other after hired:
Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management (ITSM)
IAT Level II
Extensive experience with the Service Management Solution, ServiceNow platform is preferred

Posted Pay Range
