Mechanical Engineer Department: Engineering / Maintenance Reports To: Engineering Manager Toyoda Gosei, a Tier One supplier to Toyota, is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems, tooling, and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with expertise in mechanical design, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems, tooling, and production equipment to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and process-related issues within the production environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality, to improve system performance and reliability. Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment in alignment with production needs.
